La Croix-Valmer is located in the heart of the Var region. And the Var region leads the world in the production of rosé wine. It is foremost famous for its fresh, crisp rosé wines, but also for it full-bodied reds. La Croix-Valmer itself counts three vineyards:

Driving from La Croix-Valmer towards the Mediterranean Sea lies the most famous Domaine de la Croix. It is located on the way to Gigaro beach at 816 Boulevard de Tabarin and offers wine tasting from Tuesday to Satureday 10-13h and 14:30-18:30h. Further down the road is Domaine de la Madrague (Boulevard de Gigaro). Château de Chausse is located in the backland at Rue Frédéric Mistral.

If you want to explore more options or compare those three vineyards, you can also simply head to the wine bar La Grange A Vins, just around the corner of the Villa at 248 Rue du 8 Mai 1945 (enjoy tapas in the evening!). Or a couple of meters further, you can select from a broad selection of wine, beer and liquor at Cave la Galerie (68 Boulevard de Tabarin).
