We would like to rent our holiday home to like minded people who care about our property. We have three kids ourselves. So children are welcome to our home. Smoking and dogs are not allowed inside the house.

The price consists of four components:

 

(1) Rent (minimum stay of 7 nights; price for up to six people)

Main season (July & August): 350€ per night/2.450€ per week

Mid season (June & September): 280€ per night/1.960€ per week

Low season (other months): 200€ per night/1.400€ per week

(2) Cleaning charge of 140€ at the end of your stay (cleaning & towels and bed duvet cover)

If  you require additional cleaning service in between your stay, we will try to organize that as well. We will provide you with bed sheets and duvet cover as well as two towels for use inside the villa. In every case: please bring your own beach towels!

(3) Tourist tax

To keep it simple: In La Croix-Valmer there is a tourist tax of around 1,65€ per person per night. Kids are free of charge.

To go into more detail, you can visit a complicated website. The tax is 5.5% per person (not including kids) based on the rent.

Example: Four adults and two kids stay at our holiday home for 2 weeks in the high season (4 x 14 x 1,65€ = 92,50€).

We have to collect the tax and pay it to the authorities. If you were to book on a platform like fewo-direkt.de or airbnb.com, those platforms would also add this tax directly in the booking process.

A deposit of 600€ is required ("Kaution"). You will give the deposit upon arrival in cash to Veronique, who will welcome you at the villa. A prepayment of 50% of the rent shall be done after booking ("Anzahlung"), the remaining 50% plus cleaning charge and towels service charge at the latest 3 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: full refund when cancelled within 48 hours after booking (if stay is more than 14 days away), 50% refund of the rent when cancelled at least 14 days prior to the stay; no refund when cancelled shortly before the stay (<14 days). If we find alternative guests, we are able to refund more!

We are already quite booked our for 2022 - there may be slots available in September/October.
